Overview
NutriMENA provides digital services including online courses, internship programs, training workshops, digital educational resources, and research consultancy services.
Due to the nature of digital services, refund eligibility varies depending on the product or service purchased.
By purchasing any service or program from NutriMENA, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
Course Refund Policy (Online Courses)
A) Recorded Courses (Self-paced)
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if:
- The learner has accessed less than 20% of the course content
Once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
B) Live Courses / Workshops
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the scheduled session
- Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
Internship Program Refund Policy
Internship programs involve structured planning, mentorship allocation, and administrative processing.
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment, provided the internship has not started
- Once internship onboarding begins, refunds are not available
- If NutriMENA cancels the internship program, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
Consultancy & Research Services Refund Policy
Consultancy services include professional time, analysis, and research preparation.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started
- If the service has not started, a refund may be issued minus administrative fees (up to 10%)
Digital Products (PDFs, Templates, Guides)
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products:
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Exceptions apply only if the file is corrupted or inaccessible
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without contacting NutriMENA first may result in suspension of access to services.
We strongly encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issue before opening a dispute.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
